Five Points Solutions two principles are Loren and Matt Harrell, a father-and-son team building a business together. They are also the founders of the private group collaboration software MemberHub.com.
Out of their continued to passion to help organizations efficiently communicate using MemberHub, came another need that caught their attention. Namely, the need for simple, affordable website and IT services.
Offering these services fuels our passion to honestly help small to medium size organizations with their website, IT and internet marketing needs. We are tired of hearing stories from friends and colleagues about challenging vendor relationships when all they need is a simple website with SEO, a little push into social media and maintenance of their hardware and software infrastructure.

Loren Harrell founded SoftPro in the late 1980s. SoftPro is the leading provider of Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance software. Under Loren’s direction SoftPro grew from an idea to a company serving more than 11,000 customers with over 60,000 users. The company was sold in 2001 soon after he decided to dedicate his time to FPS and developing MemberHub.com with Matt. Loren enjoys software engineering, teaching and helping others, problem solving fixing things, and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
After working as a software developer at SoftPro for 7 years, Matt became keenly aware that the organizations in his life were operating without a viable communications tool to keep everyone connected. He recognized that the various groups that make up churches, schools and nonprofits were all using different online tools for communication. So MemberHub was born. Matt enjoys web design, helping others, leadership, cooking, grilling and spending time with this wife and two children.
Both Matt and Loren are Computer Science graduates from North Carolina State University.
