A Refreshing Approach

Our primary goal is to provide an honest service, but we also want you to become self-sufficient.  That means you have an organized approach to your technology and you understand these tools.  In other words, we make you smarter.

Knowledge Transfers

Not only do we document every single thing we do, we help you understand “why” and “how”.  It is our desire that after we complete a project for a client, that they are prepared to continue that project on their own.  For example, updating your website, running a simple pay-per-click campaign, or executing a social media marketing plan.  These things take knowledge and time, but after we help you get going, you’ll be knowledgable enough to decide how those jobs should be handled on an on-going basis.

Quarterly Reviews

Things change. So should your website.  So should your IT needs as your organization grows.  That’s why we offer quarterly review meetings.  Once every few months, we will have a session to talk about what’s going well, what’s not and what needs to change.  This is also the time to discuss updates to your website.  The more you update your website the better.  Google loves fresh content and so do your prospects.

The IT Book

Even a small organization has several IT details to remember.  Think about all the different providers and tools you use to run your organization.  Your email platforms, phone systems, software tools, domain registrars, and more.  They each have websites, logins, passwords, and contact information.  We will create an IT Book for you to store all this information.  It’s nothing fancy, just a document, but it contains every single IT detail that you need to keep your IT infrastructure organized.

The Logbook

We document every single thing we do and we share with you a logbook of hours spent on your needs.  With the logbook, you can see what we’ve been doing, what kind of time each task required and also check your balance of remaining hours left when you buy discounted buckets of service hours.  It’s open, it’s honest and hopefully you’ll find it refreshing.
