We work primarily with small to medium size organizations that include businesses, associations and nonprofits. They don’t have in-house office geeks or IT staff, so they lean on FPS.
Since December 2011 we have helped The North Carolina Association for the Education of Young Children, with a staff of four, move their email to the Google Apps platform, move their website to a new, less expensive hosting company, and saved them ongoing maintenance fees for their computers and office network. Now, we simply respond quickly and efficiently to any IT issues that they may have.

We helped Carolina Locum Resources, with a staff of 8, move their email to the free Google Apps platform. We worked with the owner to make sure her computers and software are configured correctly and helped her decide which software to use for her business workflow needs (Evernote, TweetDeck, and Buffer App). We also scheduled a 1-hour social media marketing consultation to discuss a social marketing strategy for CLR. Now, we simply respond quickly and efficiently to any questions or issues that they may have.
Strategic Events is a full-service events management company that specializes in medium- to large-sized development and stewardship events, board management and program analysis. We helped Celeste, the CEO and founder, by quickly launching her first website. After installing a well-designed WordPress theme and a 2-hour training on the WordPress CRM, Celeste was prepared to complete the build out the content on her website as well as ensure that her site was search engine optimized. We also created a Google Apps account for the new Strategic Events domain and helped configure her email clients, calendars and contacts.
CommunitySmith is a startup company focused on downtown revitalization. We help CommunitySmith with all of the IT needs including Google Apps setup, software installation, and business workflow needs. We also assist with their website development.
